How to Keep It Around a While

Cold water, gentle cycle. It's been through enough.
Inside out. Keep the print facing in, where the world can't get at it.
Mild detergent. Nothing with bleach in it, nothing that promises to "brighten."
First wash, wash it alone. Dyed cotton likes to leave a little of itself behind the first time.

Drying

Hang it up and let it take its time. There's no prize for finishing first.
Air drying is the rule here — it's the one method every piece we make can handle, and it's what keeps the print sharp. Heavier pieces especially: keep them out of the dryer entirely.
If a tee ends up in the dryer, low heat and pull it out when it's done. Sitting in a warm dryer is how wrinkles happen, and nobody's ironing here.

A few more things

No fabric softener. It coats the cotton and dulls the print. The garment gets softer on its own with time — which is sort of the point.
If you iron, iron inside out or put a cloth between the iron and the design. Heat straight on the print is a bad idea.
Every wash it'll get a little softer and a little more yours. That's not wear. That's the plan.

Every shirt is printed to order at our print partners here in the U.S., which means nobody's pulling yours off a shelf. Orders go into production within 1–2 business days and ship in 2–5. Once it's on the way, a tracking number lands in your inbox. From there it's 3–7 business days depending on where you are and how the carrier feels that week. We ship within the U.S. for now. The rest of the world is on the list.

Returns

The "That's Not What I Ordered" Policy

If your shirt shows up damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, that's on us. We'll fix it, no argument. Here's how it works:

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
We'll refund you in full.
It needs to be unused and also in the same condition upon which it was received.
Wrong size? Reach out and we'll sort it out. Since every shirt is printed to order, we can't take back sizing mistakes, so check the size chart twice. It's the one place we'll ask you to slow down.

You're emailing a person, not a queue. Reply time is usually [24–48] hours, sometimes faster, occasionally slower if life is doing what life does.
